IIRC I solved it on my host by removing the allegedly faulty object, rebuilding it, and reinserting it into the RAID array. I don't know what caused the problem, but at least in my case it hasn't come back. In your case where the problem keeps recurring, if there's a permanent solution that will keep it from happening again, I'm not aware of it.
