Scuse me for my ignorance and for my bad english.
In summary I've installed lvm and convert evms to compatibility volumes.
Then I think that I've to modify /etc/fstab and /boot/grub/menu.lst
before rebooting the system, isn't it?
That is /dev/evms/lvm2/vg00/my_vol in /dev/mapper/lvm2/vg00/my_vol.
