Thanks for the help.  That's probably the problem.  I did pull down the 
RPM's and just installed them.  I avoid compiling code whenever 
possible.  Don't really have time to screw with it if I don't have to. 
 In this case though, I will either wait for the RH RPM to be updated or 
I will pull down the code and compile it.
