NFS create_resource_type

Sorry for the intrusion,

In the "create_resource_type" file of NFS provided with
failsafe-cluster_services-1.0.4.SuSE1-0 there is a wrong number of
resource arguments:

_NUM_RESOURCE_KEYS=2

it should be corrected to

_NUM_RESOURCE_KEYS=3

This let the GUI correctly show the "host" argument and avoid troubles
putting the NFS on-line.
