Installing the SGI packages failure....

Hi There,

Trying to install the FailSafe packages from SGI I get the following error:

only packages with major numbers <= 3 are supported by this version of RPM
error: FailSafe-1.0.3-1.src.rpm cannot be installed

What is my problem??
