Failsafe RPM build.

Hello,

I am trying to create the RPMs in order to test Failsafe v 1.0.4 (source 
files downloaded on the SGI site using CVS).
An error occurs at the RPMs generation stage :

Is anyone has already have this problem.
What is the solution ?
