FailSafe, or rather the heartbeat-stonith library, will talk to the NPS-230
via TCP/IP directly; it doesn't require the serial concentrator. Just make
sure that they can reach the NPS-230 via TCP/IP - perhaps on the internal
heartbeat/control network - and all will be fine.

There is the APC MasterSwitch, but I didn't particularly like it. Awful
configuration interface, just one input circuit for 8 outlets, and tries to do
everything from talking SNMP to sending pages. The WTI NPS strikes me as a
much more robust choice.
