OK... I got distracted for a little while. I'm still not done yet. But I
have found another ATI card and it identifies itself as fb->Fix.visual == 3
(FB_VISUAL_PSEUDOCOLOR). So far, it seems to work the same as
FB_VISUAL_DIRECTCOLOR.
