Hi there, We are using ACLs a lot by now on our Debian-based systems. So we always built our custom kernels after applying Andreas' ACL patches. This worked well up to Linux 2.6.8.1 (with some handcrafted patch resolution :-). But I have noticed that with the recent kernel v2.6.9 the relevant source files changed to the extent that applying the patches is not longer trivial, e.g. fs/nfs/inode.c . Is there an updated patch available ? Alternatively: I have noticed some changes in v2.6.9 related to NFSv4 and ACLs. Do these probably supersede the bestbits patches ? (We have a stable system using NFSv3 and I am reluctant to experiment with NFSv4.) Thanks in advance, Zoltan _______________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Express yourself with Y! Messenger! Free.
