JFFs2 licenses and interface

Hi there,

I am looking into porting JFFS2 into VxWorks RTOs, I was wondering what
other licenses are available for it apart from the gpl one?

Also could anyone point me to some information regarding the interface
betweenn jffs2 and the root OS, i.e. what functions in jffs2 get called when
a user requests a read/write...

as you can probably tell, I am new to all of this, any help would be greatly
appreciated.
