Procedure on how to be listed as a mirror

Hello All,

	I just wanted to find out how I could register as a Dag/FreshRPMS mirror and be 
listed on http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/links.php , TELUS' ftp site 
(ftp.telus.net) should begin mirroring the site tonight off the rsync address.
