ffmpeg --enable-amr_nb

hi all

last time i checked, the ffmpeg rpm did not have amr_nb as an option to 
install
can anyone let me know if i can get ahold of an ffmpeg rpm that does
we are doing some stuff with mobile devices and need that functionality 
to work with .3gp files

the distribution i am looking for is redhat enterprise linux 3
and also for personal use, fc3

if anyone can help me out, that would be great
