[DAG] (Dries) EL3: Broken Dependency in perl-Config-General-2.29

Hi, there's a small dependency problem in perl-Config-General-2.29, as it wants to have perl(Carp::Heavy). perl(Carp::Heavy) isn't available in perl-5.8.0, so it won't install on RHEL3 or on Fedora Core 1 (cannot test other older versions at the moment). Dries, could you take a look into that? It seems to be automagically pulled into the Requires, though I don't understand why. Just tried it on a clean CentOS 3.5 install: When rebuilding the src.rpm perl(Carp::Heavy) is listed as a requirement, though no package provides it.
