I was hoping the wxGTK packages would be upgraded to 2.6.x before FC4's release, but that didn't happen. The logical option would be to rebuild aMule against the gtk1 wxGTK packages, but unfortunately that doesn't work (well, it builds but doesn't run) with FC4 Extras wxGTK packages, although it does fine with my wxGTK FC3 packages (exact same version). So... for now, the easiest alternative would be to use my FC3 amule and wxGTK packages, then either request an update of Extras' wxGTK packages, or file a bug against Extras' wxGTK gtk1 libraries.
