Yes it's in Fedora Extras in the CVS repository, but for some reason it has not been built for FC4. I don't know what's up with that but you may want to ask on the fedora-extras list. You should just download the src rpm for FC3 and recompile, or build it from the spec file in Extras CVS (see http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras). long live galeon -d
