mach rh9 on fc4

Today I installed this package:
http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/dries.ulyssis.org/fedora/fc4/i386/RPMS.dries/mach-0.4.5-1.2.fc4.rf.i386.rpm

to try to build a rh9 package on my fc4 system, this gave me 2 problems.

First this: 
Could not create /var/cache/mach/archives/partial, make sure
you have permissions to do so

which was easy to fix with: chmod -R 775 /var/cache/mach/

Next is a bit more problematic one:

Failed to fetch
http://ayo.freshrpms.net/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.os/termcap-11.0.1-16.noarch.rpm
MD5Sum mismatch
Failed to fetch
http://ayo.freshrpms.net/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.os/mktemp-1.5-18.i386.rpm

http://ayo.freshrpms.net/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.os/bash-2.05b-20.i386.rpm
MD5Sum mismatch

Is this a known problem?
