Hmmm, I thought xdesktopwaves was in Extras. If there are any packages
I've missed (i.e. that were in freshrpms for FC3 and now aren't either in
freshrpms or Extras), then please let me know.

It's not really "re-using", it's sharing the burden and cooperating :-) We
often update or fix some of the other's packages, which makes the whole
process more efficient since be build all our packages from the same spec
files. Just think as freshrpms as a small and more focused subset of
packages as what rpmforge aims to be.

Yeah, I understand it's a bit of a problem. But most users should really
switch to yum, as it now has all the features one expects for simple
operations (and more), and from my POV only "lacks" really specific
features compared to apt (pinning, mostly).
