Hi,

the cacti rpm for RHEL3 cannot be installed (and has security holes, but
that does not concern me at the moment):

cacti-0.8.6d-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm requires php-snmp, which is not
available with RHEL3/CentOS3, but only with RHEL4.
