Pick up the srpm for el4 from:

 http://web.phys.ntnu.no/~terjeros/clamav/

and rebuild  with

$ rpmbuild --rebuild clamav-0.86.1-0.1.el4.src.rpm

Seems like the home dirs is unavailable at the moment.
