I'm considering setting up an FC4 build environment to help Dries out with 
fixing FC4 related problems if I have the time. But everyone can already 
do this and help us out. You really don't need Matthias, Dries or me to 
approve something or give a start signal :)

RPMforge can only become reality if people take initiative/action. Based 
on that we can give subversion access (or even access to upload your tree 
for a certain dist/arch) but don't expect subversion access before 
contributing unless you've a proven track record.

Because the overhead of maintaining that is too high for the chance of 
only receiving a single or a few commits. Start contributing and 
maintaining packages (ask to take over maintainership of neglected 
packages if you wish) and get involved!
