For exporting and importing secret keys (which I had to do only once), I 
temporarily installed the original fc3 gnupg rpm, available e.g. here: 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/gnupg-1.2.6-1.i386.rpm 
and after that switched back to Axel's package.
