transcode on el4

Hi Dag I'm trying to build your source package for transcode on my
centos4 machine.  The build process dies on:

libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/lib/libxml2.la'

I was able to rebuild it only when I added --without magick

Did you find a way around this error, or do the el4 packages not have
ImageMagick support?  Thanks for you hard work.
