grip 3.2.0 and id3v2 tags

A few months ago, I would rip CDs with grip and the resulting mp3 files
would have id3v1 and id3v2 tags.

I just noticed that my currently installed grip doesn't show the "Add
ID3v2 tags to encoded files" option, and the ripped mp3 files only have
id3v1 tags. I suppose that my current grip (3.2.0-4 from Red Hat) wasn't
compiled with ID3v2 support. Am I right?

And does anyone know of a grip for fc3 with id3v2 support?
