Problems with clamav-milter

Hi,

I noticed that clamav-milter stopped running but the "subsys was 
locked."  I tried to restart it but get this error:

Starting Clamav Milter Daemon: clamav-milter: --timeout must not be 
given if --external is not given

The clamav-milter and clamd packages were last updated on Jul 25 via 
automatic yum update.  Currently, I'm running:

clamav-milter-0.86.2-1.1.fc3.rf
clamd-0.86.2-1.1.fc3.rf

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the error?
