That's not Fedora Core, it looks more like Fedora Extras.

Anyway, the true issue is that you turned off ATrpms.

Same issue, turn back on ATrpms.

If you intended to remove ATrpms, then use

apt-install <package-to-remove>- <package-to-install>

to swap the packages. Note the trailing hyphen.
