apt repository for Updates/Extras no longer updating

It appears that the apt repository for Fedora Updates and Extras has
ceased updating it's metadata.  Recent-ish packages appear to be
copied to the repository, e.g. the most recently built
liferea-0.9.7a-1.fc4 is there in:

http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/4/i386/RPMS.extras/

but apt won't upgrade to it, presumably because the metadata is not
being generated.
