permissions problem on freshrpms mirror site

Wasn't sure where else to post or who to contact, but...

Synaptic reports:

Failed to fetch
http://ayo.us5.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/3/i386/RPMS.extras/digikam-0.7.4-3.fc3.i386.rpm
  403 Forbidden

when trying to install this particular extra. The RPMS.extras directory
is, not surprisingly, unreachable via a browser. However, the meta-data
appears to all be there. Can the appropriate people be notified to
correct this, please?
