Hi everybody, I'm new to this list and I hope anybody can help me with my little problem :-) I want to install 2 RPMs. Both RPMs contain the same library. The frst RPM creates a link to the library so that it looks as following: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 44 Oct 11 11:27 libExample.so -> libExample.so.2.2.1.05082822 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 109784 Aug 28 22:38 libExample.so.2.2.1.05082822 I try to delete the link in the %post script of the second RPM and then create it again linking to the new library. But unfortunatelly when I look into the target directory the original link still exists. Can anybody tell me if RPM does all this activities only in its database or how can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance. -- Highspeed-Freiheit. Bei GMX supergünstig, z.B. GMX DSL_Cityflat, DSL-Flatrate für nur 4,99 Euro/Monat* http://www.gmx.net/de/go/dsl
