awstats-6.5 status

Hi,

awstats-6.5 rpm package never landed in dag repository. There is fedora
extras one but it has completely different files layout that is not
compatible with my current setup.

Can somebody give me some hints if there will be any awstats package update
in the furure? Or should I switch to fedora extras one and reconfigure my
system?
