Unless you're using FC development, there seems to be little point in the
1.2.3 -> 1.2.4 update. See the release notes :

Oh, and for me 1.2.4 fails to build on FC4 because of a make error in the
scintilla directory, which apparently was modified in this version, so it
seems that it's even actually *NOT* a good idea to try to update ;-)
