For the GPG problem, add to /etc/yum.repos.d/dries.repo (or whatever you
called the repo file):

gpgkey=http://dries.studentenweb.org/rpm/RPM-GPG-KEY.dries.txt

and/or

# rpm --import http://dries.studentenweb.org/rpm/RPM-GPG-KEY.dries.txt
