Looking at your output, the NewRPMS config seems wrong. I'm sure you 
could have figured that one out. The NewRPMS website seems to indicate 
they have no FC4 packages. So remove that one and install rpmforge-release 
too.

The 'Connection failed' errors in the second output seems to indicate you 
had network problems. So apart from an erroneous NewRPMS config it'll 
probably work.
