Just as a comment, all these perl errors came when I tried to install ldap-accounting-manager:

smart> install ldap-account-manager
error: Can't install perl-Net-SSH-Perl-1.29-1.2.fc4.rf@noarch: no package provides perl(Crypt::DSA)
