Report it to HEAnet if you want it to be resolved. I've forwarded the 
problem and got no answer. Maybe they respond if they get more reports.

Look, I cannot do anything about it myself. The packages are fine at the 
last point where I have access to them, the only thing I can do is report 
it, just like you can.

I've asked to get commandline access to fix problems myself, but didn't 
get response either. So I have no more rights or control over the problem 
as you.

The only thing I can do is move to another mirror, but since I do not have 
any statistics about how much traffic is required (yes, I requested that 
as well) it would be a jump of faith.
