Both issues were taken care of now :
- Kino : Today's CVS snapshot is packaged instead of 0.8.0.
- Libfame : The old included libtool stuff was ripped out.

So it's pretty much complete now : Please report any problems you might
encounter, either to the list (if you think it might be useful to others),
or to me directly (if you think it's not worth bothering everyone) ;-)
