The packages can be mixed, however when you update your kernel you'll
need to reinstall the ivtv kernel modules-- if you can find them for
your new kernel.

Rebuilding an ATRPM package from the source RPM is incredibly
difficult due to the huge number of RPM macros that need to be defined
beforehand.  It is possible to find the macros needed by searching the
mailing list, but this is also quite difficult.

I just loaded CentOS4 on my system with a Hauppauge 250 so I'll be
trying to get ivtv working soon.  If I find a good solution I'll send
it to the list, in the meantime I'll keep an eye on this thread in
case anyone else has a good solution.  ;-)
