It looks like your k98lin kernel module package is empty:

rpm -qlp sk98lin-kmdl-2.6.16-1.2080_FC5-8.31.2.3-7.rhfc5.at.i586.rpm
/lib/modules/2.6.16-1.2080_FC5/updates/drivers/net/sk98lin

the only thing packaged is the folder.. the module itself is missing...
