Latest Updates Dependency oops.

The latest (April 12th) DAG updates have a small dependency
problem on my FC1 + RPMForge box.

* Package perl-YAML needs perl(Test::Base) >= 0.47, this is not  
available.

Which is odd since the perl-YAML-0.58-1.rf.src.rpm SPEC file doesn't
seem to have a Requires line; but then I'm still not quite .spec fluent.
