clamav-milter-0.88.4-1.el4.rf dose not send warning mail

I Just installed clamav-milter-0.88.4-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm and found that
virus warning mail was never sent.
In the /var/log/clamav/clamd.log, this debug message was logged

LibClamAV debug: Calling no -t -i -odq
LibClamAV debug: Waiting for no -t -i -odq to finish
sh: no: command not found

I consider the location of sendmail was embedded as "no" in
/usr/sbin/clamav-milter.
This may be a build error?
