FreshRPMs & RPMForge duplicates

Hi,

I've seen this happen a couple of times on the last 2 weeks: 'smart'
upgrades some package(s) from Feshrpms and a couple of days later
downloads the same packages again from RPMForge. Today it will happen
again with NVidia driver:

Upgrading packages (3):
  ntop-3.2-1.2.fc6.rf@i386
perl-Event-1.08-1.fc6.rf@i386 nvidia-x11-drv-1.0.9629-2.fc6.rf@i386  

This is the version that is already installed:

nvidia-x11-drv-1.0.9629-2.fc6      Sat 18 Nov 2006 12:03:44 AM BRST

(as you can see it has been upgraded yesterday)

Was this supposed to happen? Should I use either Frehsrpms OR RPMForge,
not both?
