I've dropped the "fr" tag quite a long time ago, and believe it or not,
I have less complaints (like yours) about having introduced confusion
than I used to have about "why do you package only in french?" ;-)

When in doubt, just have users run :
rpm -q --qf '%{packager}\n' packagename
