Problem with madwifi-0.9.2.1-2.fc6 with kernel-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6?

My first dkms experience.  Unfortunately not all successful.

I installed freshrpms madwifi-0.9.2.1-2.fc6  (x86_64).  Booted 
kernel -2.6.19-1.2895.fc6.  No wifi.  No error messages that I could find.

I booted the previous kernel kernel-2.6.18-1.2868.fc6.  It's working fine.

So, looks to me that, my bad luck, 1st test was with a kernel that has some 
problem with madwifi-0.9.2.1-2.fc6?
