Install drivers 2.) aticonfig --initial 3.) aticonfig --overlay-type=Xv 4.) edit xorg.conf and drop in the bottom Section "Extensions" Option "Composite" "Disable" EndSection Section "ServerFlags" Option "AIGLX" "off" EndSection
