Installing several packages via these tools (afraid I don't know which one) cause a *lot* of unmet dependencies -- seahorse, gnumeric, vlc and a few others were all screwed up. I ended up doing a typical 'rpm -e gnumeric; yum install gnumeric' on all of them. I'd advise you run 'rpm -Va >checkme.txt 2>&1' and look in the output for more and more broken libraries to be fixed. :( Completely offtopic, but I also found that many choices during install (in text mode) are not actually on the DVD! gkrellm -- I know I saw and selected that to install, but post install it wasn't there and it's not on the DVD itself.
