Well, looking at "rpm -q --scripts xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.3.0.0-7.fc7" it seems that it's the problem :-( It removes the "ModulePath" lines, apparently. The manual workaround can be to run "nvidia-config-display enable" again, I guess, or to uninstall and reinstall the package.
