Yes, the Freshrpms package includes also the 32bit libraries for 
compatibility with 32bit only games as Doom 3 and Quake 4. If you want a 
purely 64bit system, I suggest you to use the official installer and 
answer no when asked about 32bit compatibility, or use the Livna 
packages as they're splitted.
