Have you succeeded to hibernate reliably for more than a few times? I'm using the ATI driver on a Compaq Presario v5000 and, unless I run the X11 driver without loading the kernel module, suspend breaks sooner or later. Of course, without the kernel module comes no 3D, so back to free module. Mihai
