They just unified the versioning method with the Windows Catalyst 
driver, so there's a "package" including driver + configuration tools 
released as year.month (7.11), but if you see the internal driver 
version is still incremental respect to the October one (8.43.something).
I know, it's a royal PITA for packagers.
