Problems with ayo.freshrpms.net?

I am unable to connect with yum on FC8 to ayo.freshrpms.net.  Errors from 
yum:

Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/8/mirrors-freshrpms error was [Errno 4]
IOError: <urlopen error (110, 'Connection timed out')> Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: freshrpms. 
Please verify its path and try again

I can not get to ayo.freshrpms.net via a web browser either.
