Updated moin package for Fedora

Hi all,

I installed moin on a new Fedora-8 server, and decided to
use the latest moin source (1.6.3).  In the process, I ended
up re-building the source and binary RPM for moin.

I had to modify the patches slightly, but otherwise the
update went very smoothly.

If anyone is interested in the new source package, I can upload
it somewhere.  This is my first experience with freshrpms, and
the first RPM I've ever updated on Fedora.

I have long experience with RPM, but none with Fedora.
Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.
